Outstanding work and craftsmanship by Woodchuck Flooring.  We do have a basis for comparison as we have had other good hardwood service providers over the years.  Woodchuck Flooring staff exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality of the work they performed.  We are very happy with the results and will call on them again when it is time for another wood flooring project.  Thank you!

After getting an estimate to refinish the hardwood oak floors in my classic Mission Hills home, I felt obliged to use this company based on their years in the business.  However, when I immediately expressed my concern about a couple of spots that appeared to have a  "fish-eye" finish, I was told by the Owner, Chuck,  that because I got a great deal, they would not refinish these areas without additional $200-400 payment. So, I deducted 50% of the cost of this refinishing by Woodchuck Flooring from my tenant's security deposit, the tenant sued me and Chuck provided (the tenant) a Statement of Facts  to the effect that my floors never needed this service and there were no scratches?!?   When I spoke to Chuck directly, his demeanor seemed lackadaisical at best!  Hey Chuck!!  Like the Packers-Seahawks Monday Night Game...You abandoned your client and made the Wrong call ~ Your LACK OF INTEGRITY JUST COST ME $500.00 in a court judgment!!

I had this company refinish my floors over twenty years ago and called them again because I was so pleased with their work. They were great. I cannot say enough good things about this company. No complaints whatsoever.

They were great. They were honest, reliable, and professional. I had another company that I?d been using for years but they were slow to get back to me so I called Woodchuck and they were right there. They were fairly priced.

Chuck arrived promply to give an estimate of the refinishing job for our oak, hardwood floors. On the day scheduled to begin the work, Abraham, Doug and Tom arrived promptly and went to work. Even wehn there was a work stoppage because of a problem caused by noxious fumes stirred up under the house, they completed the work on schedule. The floors look beautiful. We are very pleased with their professionalism. We will have an on-going relationship with them, to keep the floors looking like new.

They were very prompt, on time, and answered questions well. They did a good job of containing all of the dust. They also were able to handle a problem that came up after they were finished. They did a great job and I would use them again.

David Bailey worded hard to find as close a match to the maple flooring we already had. The installers were very efficient and very skilled. The flow turned out very nice.

The two polite workers arrived on time and got to work immediately.
