They were fantastic.We haven't had our carpets cleaned way too long and it was horrible, we have cats and there's lots of cat fur and mess all over. We spot cleaned everything and steam cleaned it ourselves but we hadn't had it professionally done. I used another steam cleaner in the past but I wasn't very happy with them. I called these guys and I was totally blown away. I was totally impressed. They were on time, they were extremely professional, the equipment they had in their van was brand new and probably the highest quality, highest grade steam cleaning equipment you could get. It looked like the equipment you see in fire trucks, all brass fittings, lots of metals, very very solid equipment and it really really cranked out steam. They don't use any kind of toxic cleansers, detergents or solvents of any kind. They just make the water somewhat basic, as opposed to acidic and that does erase the stains out and they steam it. The carpet, when they were done, looked like it was new again. It also dried very quickly because the power of it really sucked the excess out. They were also very nice. I have a disability and I can't clean the furniture and my wife can't do it, they cleaned the furniture, they even vacuumed everything underneath before they started, they cleaned all the rooms in my house, which was three bedrooms, two baths, two hallways, a living room, a dining room, and a family room. They cleaned all of them beautifully and they also cleaned a large couch in our living room. They did a good job. We were extremely pleased.
