Trek Bicycle Superstore

I brought my beloved Trek Bike model 7200 there for some minor repairs/maintenance. Those were completed satisfactorily. However, the overall customer service at the store is poor at best and some of the sales associated could use some intensive training and coaching on how to deal with customers in a courteous and professional manner. I'd encourage the owners of the store (if you ever read this) to take my advice because over the long term your sales associates will make or break you. I was so upset after going there I promised myself I'd never go back. I'd rather drive 20 miles out of the way than go back to your store. Repeat business is the key to long-term success in any business. I do not recommend this store!

They have fixed price scale, for how elaborate tune up we want and I think we chose the middle ground for each of our bicycles. I found them to be fair and very professional.
