The product took longer to manufacture than was originally promised. When it arrived, the supporting track was not the correct color or length. When I requested that they correct the problem and provide me with the product that was contracted for, the company refused to cooperate. Only after I disputed the bill through my credit card company did the company respond to my letters and phone calls. The company initially stated that they would only be willing to correct the problems for an additional fee. I refused to pay any additional amount. I informed the company that until they correct the problem, I would not authorize my credit card company to pay them. The Sliding Door Company finally agreed to correct their mistake. The entire dispute process took over two months. The time from the purchase date to getting the correct product took over four months.
