They worked quickly, very professional.

When ever you have work preformed it is possible to have a problem. It is how the problem is taken care of that sets them apart. I did and the owner stepped up and took care of it right away. They did a very good job. I would recommend them highly.

From the initial customer service call setting up an appointment for quoting to the final cleanup the professionalism was beyond 5 stars They were the only company who suggested trenching around the foundation to combat future moisture issues and applied drylock; bleached out the rain stained stucco and suggested a better paint with fade resistance. Denis and his crew arrived on-time; finished in a few days. and every day before they left cleaned up. I highly recommend The Painting Company for your painting needs.

I highly recommended The Painting Company. They are the only company that offered trenching around my home and then applying Drylock so moisture does not soak into the stucco from the bottom up. I’ve looked at 5 other residences of my friends that live in my community that have had their homes painted for more money than I paid and in less than a year the bottom of their residences already have the paint chipping and peeling because the companies they used didn’t trench or apply Drylock. My house looks brand new and was very cost effective.

This is a very reliable, responsible company. Their work is on time, thorough and very professional. I will hire them in the future without hesitation to paint my kitchen cabinets. I gave them a 5* Yelp rating as well.

Fairly good job of painting however, workers somewhat careless and inattentive to customer. 1. Hooks around eves and below front windows for flower boxes (that were removed for painting). Workers told OK to remove or paint all hooks except those for flower boxes. They remove those hooks requiring several hours to re-hang boxes with new hooks. 2. Broke back porch fixture. 3. Dislodged moulding on rear front steps.

The reccomendation from home advisor on the painting company was right on. We are very pleased with the work so far.

The Painting Company went above and beyond what I expected when they painted the exterior of my house. I made changes and they accommodated. Ian was very professional and put in long hours to complete the project. They were half the price of some of the other companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

They painted the entire inside of our house and did an great job, including baseboards and the staircase railings. The workers were very considerate and punctual and always kept you updated on the next phase agenda. They were also very careful in keeping our house clean of spills and splatter. They painted the walls to our house at a professional level, and were very concerned about making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had a complication occur in our personal lives and they worked around our schedule. We still have our cabinets still outstanding, which we will schedule for a later date. The living room, dining room, hallway, door, guest bedroom and bathroom, and our office looks amazing! They even left us some paint if we ever need to touch it up in the future. The paint, Dunn brand, is a high quality and they put on 2 coats to ensure coverage.

As a customer when you watch them work sometimes you compare them with your previous workers and the last one just need more learning to do the job better and more efficiently.

We hired this company based on the sales guys really good follow up. They were mid priced, and we asked them specifically if they could handle our project with them knowing we were having our floors and tile done prior to them starting. They destroyed our newly finished floors, and then came up with weak lies saying they did not know we had the floors refinished before they started. Regardless if they paid attention in our meetings or not, they should have tested, and used the lightest adhesive tape when taping anywhere on the floor. Furthermore after a little research on paint prep, it was clear that painters usually tape to other pieces of paper or plastic and not directly to the floor in the middle of rooms. The worst of all is their obvious lack of care or interest to leave the property in as good or better condition when they are finished. With complaining we did have 2 guys sent back to do a detailed clean up, and still we had issues. Somehow they destroyed the ends to electric and audio cable that they helped me seal into the wall prior to them painting. So we had to 1. Pay to have the floors redone 2. Cut open our wall and run new cables. 3. Put up new drywall and repaint that wall. 4. Rig and wedge our cabinets together to get them to shut correctly after the poor quality and unfinished install of the hardware. 5. Due to their errors we had to stay in a hotel an e tea The crew were all nice & polite, but their work and their attention to detail cost us thousands in the end. Very unfortunate situation.
