Alfredo was patient while we were in the decision phase. The price was good and he was so nice and professional, even coming back the next day to touch up some details. He did everything as promised and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We will use them again on our next project.

Alfredo viewed the site the same day I called him. This was a small job, but he was able to fit it into his schedule and start and finish quickly, which was our main objective. His pricing was not the cheapest, but he was the most responsive and work quality was good. I will definitely use Team Bronco again if I ever need concrete work in the future.

Alfredo was great. He was very easy going and easy to talk to. He completed the job in only two days, which included a demo on my old wooden deck patio and then putting in the concreate slab and replacing my fence and door to the patio.

Team Bronco was great. I have hired numerous contractors over the past 12 years to do everything from a new roof, complete kitchen and 2 bath remodel, new windows, tree removal, attic insulation ect. Alfredo was a great communicator and really helped me design the project. He was friendly and courteous. Andres drove the small backhoe like a total pro. I think he could have build a house of playing cards with the precision with which he operated the thing. The rest of the crew worked hard and did a great job. Super happy with everything from top to bottom. I would definitely use these guys again if we need concrete work done.

I hired Team Bronco Concrete to install a concrete walkway alongside my home in San Diego, and from the outset, Alfredo was in continual contact, provided excellent customer service, and worked with me to create a beautifully landscaped dog run/side yard at a more than reasonable price. They even were happy to allow my niece and nephew to place their hand prints in the cement to commemorate the final moments of installation. I would definitely work with Alfredo and his team again, and plan to discuss a future project with him for the front yard. Potential clients be warned of sloppy, unprofessional, deceptive business practices! 1. must have a written proposal, contract signed in person or via e-mail (not text or not verbal) before dealing with Team Bronco Concrete Alfredo. 2. must be specific and detailed each item and costs on a checklist before starting the work or you will be a victim of bait-and-switch tactic once the project starts. 3. must document every oral communication in details and have witnesses if possible, or avoid oral agreement completely. Alfredo will deny any verbal agreement, statement, etc. at any moment. 4. Must request written document on any change order prior to starting work. 5. Alfredo would blame you for not checking/looking/foreseeing potential issues and try to prevent the poor workmanship, defects, and violations from occurring. You must watch every move and document every issue. Is this worth your time and headache? 6. do not pay before the quality of work is 100% satisfied and/or verified by a professional. All fixes must be done before the final payment is made. 7. Finally, I would not recommend Alfredo Team Bronco Concrete. Have an attorney ready if you do deal with them.

Alfredo was very personable. He provided me with a reasonable estimate on my concrete project. His team worked quickly and left the area clean once job was completed. I would definitely call on him again for another job.

From beginning to end, Alfredo and his team were highly professional in all aspects of their work. The job was reviewed and an estimate provided, questions were answered with no hard sell. The work was done expertly and without any problems. After the concrete work was completed, a total cleanup was done and the area was left as it was or better. Promp, courteous, good work

Alfredo and Team Bronco were wonderful. Alfredo's customer service and willingness to accommodate us was superior. I would highly recommend Team Bronco. They created an extension to my fathers patio. He uses a walker and now he can eat lunch on his concrete patio and people watch everyone at Lake Murray.

Alfredo came out with his crew and did great job. We had portion of our backyard and steps concreted. He does great work!

The end result looks great (stamped concrete patio and driveway) a few issues with communication, thoroughness, housekeeping at the end of each day and some technical issues. Recommend writing down each point of your plan and keep multiple copies as he forgets little things and needs to be reminded, especially if the job will take some time.
