The quality is incredible and the service is second to none. I never felt like they were trying to scam or upsell me. They were frank, transparent, and informative when we discussed the options. The employee who helped me (I think his name was Armando) put in extra time to finish my car AND waited for me to finish work to pick up my car. I was told that it takes about a week for any "imperfections" to disappear and if they don't, it was emphasized that I can and should come back to get it fixed. It's too early to tell if there will be any problems, but not only do I not expect there to be, but if t here are, I have no doubt that they will fix them perfectly. SWS tinted the windows on both of our current cars. The second one was done 3 years ago, and what impressed me the most was how Virgil handled a problem that came up 3 years later: 5 stars across the board for Superior Window Solutions (SWS)! They have competitive prices, install quality window films, and most importantly, they stand behind their work and take care of their customers after the sale. In my case…long after the sale. In 2013 we decided to tint the windows on my wife’s new Civic, we chose SWS. Virgil Ryan, the owner, had promptly returned my phone calls and had taken the time to answer all of my questions. Their pricing was competitive, scheduling was easy, and the installation was first-rate; a great experience. In 2015 SWS tinted the windows on my new Lexus and I had the same great experience. As I had with the Civic, I chose a darker tint for the 3 rear windows, and a lighter shade for the 2 in front. Almost three years had gone by when I recently noticed that an edge of the tint on the driver’s window of the Lexus had come loose. I called Virgil, and his response was simple and direct; “We’ll take care of it.” When I brought my car in, Virgil and his installer Jose determined that there was a flaw in the film itself. When they pulled some new film from their stock they noticed that the original tint had also darkened considerably, so the new film for the driver’s window was not going to match the existing film on the front passenger side. Virgil solved that problem quickly, saying “We’ll replace the tint on both front windows”. For a successful tint job, an installer needs to have a great deal of patience and attention to detail, and Jose took great care to ensure that everything was perfect in replacing the tinting on both windows. Too many companies today seem to have lost sight of the fact that if you don’t take care of your customers, your chance for a customer’s repeat business is minimal. However, if you do take care of them, they will come back. It’s that simple. Virgil’s proactive approach to SWS’s customer service, and his ability to see things from the customer's perspective has made me a customer for life, and I heartily recommend his company. PS: An insider tip. As someone who ran customer service programs for many years, my best advice for consumers seeking service, especially for something that is technically “out of warranty” is to first just simply ask nicely if anything can be done. Business owners and their employees are people too, and if you treat them the way you would like to be treated, you never know what kind of good things may happen. Conversely, if from the beginning you go in making threats and over-the-top demands, you seriously reduce your chances of getting any kind of satisfaction.

It was good. There was a little confusion on estimates and pricing, but Virgil is very good to work with and stands behind his work and quotes.

The initial install went ok but then I noticed a bubble in the front passenger side window and that the tint alignment on the back windows was slightly off. I went back and had it fixed at not cost, however the new tint that was applied still has bubbles in it and the back window tint that was "fixed" is aligned worse now than before. I pointed this out to the tech and he said that's as good as it can get. I've had tint on every truck that I've owned and never had the tint look like this.

Great service. Easy to schedule appointment for quote, easy to schedule appointment for application to have work done that fit in with our tight schedule; technician arrived on time and was very personable and professional. Most importantly, he did a really good job and we were satisfied with the work. Highly recommend and would use again.

Rene (sp?) was absolutely fantastic - neat, explained what he was doing, careful of his surroundings! And the finished product is outstanding - makes a major difference in the appearance of our windows and the amount of sunlight that gets into our home! You can't go wrong with this company and this installer!

Great job.  The technician called to let us know that he was crawling in traffic and would be a little late. When he arrived, he got to work ASAP.  Some windows were 22 feet high!  When done, he cleaned up and also double checked every window for any smudges.  We are very please.  The owner, Virgil. was prompted when he came to give us an estimate.  He also spent plenty of time to explain the specs of the film he recommended.

Virgil at Superior Window Solutions went above and beyond to explain what my options were for room darkening window tint in my home, even to the point of talking himself out of some work, because it would not achieve the desired result for me.

I soooo appreciate the honesty and professionalism of business owners (?) like Virgil... he does what is right for the customer, and certainly did not try to sell me, or up sell me, on something that would not be right for my situation.

If I need window tinting services in the future, I will not hesitate to give my business to Superior.

The technician called on the morning the work was supposed to be done to let me know he would be on the way. When he arrived he greeted me and began to explain the process and how it would benefit me. He told me how long the process would take to complete and promptly began working. He was very quiet in my garage to the point I thought he had already finished and left without pay. When I went to see how everything was going I was really impressed with the progress he was making as I've had vehicles done before and it took much longer. He gave me updates on what he was doing and went back to work. Once he completed his work he notified me and showed me the finish product with which I was completely satisfied. He explained the warranty and gave me a receipt. I plan to use them for the next vehicle I protect.

Virgil was very informative, explaining different manufacturers' tinting and recommended which darkness level would be best for us. He also explained that this particular tinting was tantamount to installing insulation with an R value of 7. We chose a Suntek SYDS-15, which appeared fairly dark, but when put on was just fine.  Now we can leave our pleated shades up during the afternoon and not worry about the sun degrading the shade.  Renee came over on installation day and was all business; no standing around the gabbing, never took a break that I could see, and got the job done in about 4-1/2 hours.  He was extremely neat and methodical and cleaned up all of the remnants when he was finished.  Renee also explained how the film needed 20 -30 days to cure, and to not clean them for that period of time.

Virgil communicated fast about the service, price and appointment times. The service was quality. The best compliment I can provide is I will be back when I need the service and will let others know that you get A+ service price and product.

The owner, Virgil, came to our home, arriving promptly.  He was efficient in measuring the area that needed to be covered.  Virgil explained the product in detail and gave us options to choose from.  We went with his recommendation but was glad that he was not "pushing" any single brand.  I liked that his contract was very professional and he explained it line by line.  It was not only for his protection, but ours as well.  His installer Bernard arrived in a timely manner on our prearranged install date.  He was very polite and careful in his work.  Bernard came with all the pieces of film pre-cut so he did not have to do that chore on the job site. He treated our furniture with care and helped us to move the big pieces.  We had old film that needed to be scraped off and Bernard tackled that job with vigor.  He worked so hard.  After installing the film room by room he cleaned up the work area leaving no messes behind.  Before he left he gave us detailed instructions on drying time and how to clean the windows in the future.  I highly recommend this company.  Already I have noticed that the house is cooler and pleasantly shaded but not too much; it is so much more comfortable.

Everyone involved was very courteous and professional.  The installation looks great, but the jury is still out on how effective the films are at keeping the heat out.
