 + -1 moreHe set up outlook as a default email, which fixed a link issue in outlook express, migrated accounts, emails, contacts. Viewed Norton set up and made it accessible for the spysweeper to access the computer through internet. Jason responded promptly to email request for service he arrived on time, everything was fixed with in one hour. VERY responsive and explains problems and fixes them very well. Very polite, returned again for additional problems and was prompt fair and very talented. Cost was right on and got him through a referral and reported his contact name and info to Angie's list.
