They did not carry what I needed. Even though their website said you could e-mail them, they did not answer an e-mail inquiry. I had to call to ask if they had the size.

Totally awesome. They were amazing. They were not at all at fault for the mattress turning out to be too soft for our liking, but replaced it happily, and with helpful suggestions. Free pick-up and delivery, and a refund! It's so rare for me to find a company that truly stands behind its product, and its customers. I'll never buy a mattress anywhere else.
