SLEEP TRAIN MATTRESS CENTERS

I went in to the store and had a nice experience. The salesman Dustin informed me that he can get me the Sealy Twin Mattress that was originally $299 for $180, and that they would be able to deliver the next day. I told my husband an half hour later to stop by after work and order it. First sign of trouble was the price was now $200. Fine. The 2nd sign was that on the sales invoice, it was now being delivered 3 days later than they told me at the store. Fine. When the delivery date came and the time had almost passed. I decided to call the store to find out if the truck was behind and, lo and behold, they tell me it was not being delivered that day but 5 days later. No one called to inform us and when I asked if they can guarantee delivery date when promised they said they cannot. We're out $200 and no sign of any mattress coming soon. We decided to request a refund in cash since we paid in cash but they would not do so. Check was sent 10 days later when they said 3 days.
