Description of Work: I bought a mattress and adjustable box-springs. Now that I've god the hang of the adjustable bed... I'm enjoying a VERY good nights sleep! | |Sleep Train was 'On The Dot' when they said they would deliver the bed, and set it up and took all the packaging material away. They even cleaned up outside when the wind blew some of the packaging down the road! | |Next time I need a new mattress... I'll certainly go back again!

Description of Work: I would recommend Sleep Train to everyone. They are expensive but you get the best. My salesman, Ron, was informative, professional and did not pressure me to buy. They called the day before and gave a time range for delivery and then called the day of delivery and informed me when they would be there and if that was a good time. They put down a red carpet in front of the door and used shoe covers. They took my old mattress away and when they finished everything was neat.

 + -1 moreWe went to a major furniture chain first but felt the sales was a bit high pressured. Also, they did not have a return policy (I have a bad neck and wanted to make sure the mattress would not make it worse). We went to Sleep Train next as they have Sleep Number and Tempur-pedic as well as more conventional mattresses, and a 90 day return policy. We were assisted by Adam who was very good about describing the types of mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try them out without feeling pressured. He gave us a great price on the Simmons Beauty Rest we decided on and threw in the frame for no extra cost. The bed was not available for delivery until the following weekend (fine, as I need time to rearrange and clean), so Adam also offered us a free 600 count sheet set to compensate. The delivery guys were quick and polite and they took the old mattress set. Thankfully, the bed is great and I'm having fewer neck problems. They will have our future business.
Description of Work: We needed to buy a new mattress. We wanted to upgrade to a king size and were not sure about what kind of mattress we were looking for. We chose Sleep Train because they had many different brands and because they have a great return policy.
