They installed the carpet in the same week that I made the order.
The new molding was installed 3 days later.
Both jobs were done extremely well.
These folks know how to do things the correct way.
They have the proper tools and the experience.
The sales people and the installers are very professional.

. We wanted bullet proof flooring and were convinced that's what we purchased. Then when the flooring was completely installed, after a $1,500 cork upgrade on subflooring, the installer told us not to get the floor wet....ever. Also, the flooring has many visible humps, and the flooring took two weeks longer than the original two day estimate. It took a week and a half just to get two transitions put into place. I called and shared this with Rick and Jim. The installer and Jim met me at the installation site. When I asked them about getting the floor wet they disagreed. This is after it had been installed. I used the San Marcos location - Barbara was my sales person. She was
super helpful, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me - she was
accommodating and showed me all the selections and gave me samples that
fit into my budget. The install also went very well. The installers
were on time and did a great job.

Our experience with them was not bad. We just had a hard time scheduling. It was not smooth. They did the job. I wouldn't say they went above and beyond. They were decent. They were fine. There were a couple of mistakes, and they had to come back out. It took tacking a little bit, but they were pretty responsive on that.

They were very responsive and did the installation in a very tight timeline. I was very happy with their service and was pleased that they were able to do the install within a couple days. I would use them again.
