We apologize for any mess left behind; cleanliness is a key part of our process, and it’[Member Information Removed] disappointing that we fell short. Since our installer received a high rating for cleanliness on our close-out form, any additional details you could share would be helpful. Regarding the shower head issue, this was a combination of process breakdown and human error. The original diverter was defective, so we needed a replacement. When we returned, we found the hose length for your handheld was incorrect, requiring an additional trip. This non-standard item should have been anticipated. When you called on 10/29, the parts had just arrived—28 minutes before your call. We scheduled service for the next day, but mistakenly booked it for a different customer with a similar name, resulting in a no-show. Missing an appointment, especially after you set aside time for us, is a serious error. Normally, we close out services promptly, which would have caught this issue faster, but in this case, we missed that step, leading to a delay until Friday when you called. We apologize for the impression that we were avoiding your calls, which was never our intent. I’m glad to know that aside from this instance, you found our team responsive. We understand that you have decided not to proceed with the final part installation, but we remain committed to providing excellent service. Should you reconsider, we’d welcome the chance to make this right. Once again, we are very sorry for these oversights. This is not our standard, and we aim to improve from this experience.
