Landscaping
- didn't complete work in first visit and didn't test system after working on it - one sprinkler valve blew off at first attempt to use it - one sprinkler is sticking out too high even after second attempt - changed solenoid valve even though it turned out the line was capped The most serious issue was that they cut the cable for the low voltage lighting. Simply removing the grass patch they cut out uncovered the cut cable. It was obvious they knew about it but chose not to tell me. When I explained this to the owner he said I should forget about his invoice ($85) and hung up on me!
