Mike called to let me know he would be arriving in 15 minutes, and he did. He worked really hard; he cleaned the dryer vent, the inside of my dryer, and all the wall and floor area in the laundry room. He has a very large shop vacuum to suck up the lint. He was worried about the vent, so he tried to climb on a ladder to check the outside flap; ultimately he went into my attic to check the pipe. He went above and beyond to make sure he did a good, safe job. He didn't charge me any more - even though it was more work than he or I expected! He is honest and hard working.
