SAN DIEGO DRYER VENT CLEANING

Very professional. Co-owner of business and a helper showed up on time, got right to work and thoroughly cleaned out all the lint that had built up over past 9 years. My only issue was that the helper was obviously a smoker because the odor of cigarette smoke was very strong on him. Unfortunately, that smell lingers even after the person leaves your home. But they did a great job and I thought it was a good price.

They are on Angie's List. He was very nice, he was professional, prompt, and he answered all my questions with regard to an old dryer which made me comfortable. He was top side trustworthy. I just recently purchased a condo and there was an old dryer and he definitely answered all my questions.

I desperately needed my dryer vent cleaned. To dry a load of towels, it was taking over 3 hours! I confirmed withe the repairman who was fixing my washer last week that there was nothing wrong with the dryer. He told me to get the vent cleaned.
I called on Monday for a Wednesday morning appointment. Frank had the perfect time slot open and so I said to come by. I mentioned the $99 special for Dryer Vents (they also do air ducts) on the website. He said and quot;No problemand quot;.
Arrived on time, removed tons of lint in the duct, as we have been living here for 9 years and never had it cleaned. As the house is 23 years old, there's no telling the last time the dryer vent was cleaned out. I saw how much lint was in the trash bin after they left and it was amazing the dryer worked at all!
I recommend them highly. Save time and money spent on your dryer operation and avoid fires. As soon as my drying time starts increasing, I'm calling them again without hesitation.

Excellent. He was responsive and punctual. He and his assistant got the job done quickly and did a good job. This is the second time we have used his services as we had him clean our dryier vent about 2-3 years ago when it became clogged. We will use him again I am sure.

II called several places from Angies List. They were the first available. Showed up during time frame provided. Did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Would definitely hire again and would also recommend to friends and neighbors.

I was very happy with the service provided by San Diego Dryer Vent Cleaning.

I called on Tuesday and left a voicemail message. Within 30 minutes, Frank called me back, and we set up an appointment for Thursday, for between 9:30 and 10:30. On Thursday, Frank arrived at 9:35 and got right to work. He was professional and tidy. I also appreciated that, when I asked him how often the dryer vent should be cleaned, he gave me an honest answer: for my vent, which is short, every five years would be fine, he said.

Two men came, on time, and assessed what exactly needed to be done. After giving me an estimate, they went to work. They were quick, friendly, and leaned up after themselves. They didn't try to sell me anything and didn't dramatize how clogged my attic vent was.

When it's time to change the venting on that dryer, I'm calling them. They're great!

Two technicians tackeled the task quickly and bussiness like. Their shopvac didn't work and I lent them mine to finish the job. Otherwise I would have given them an excellent in quality. I would use and recommend them to others.

I called, they came and did the job, on time and very efficiently and effectively.

Called the company and made an appointment for a couple of days later. Explained how my vent went to the roof and I would like him to clean the vent from inside if possible. Frank had a power tool with extensions and went right to work. He said there was lots of lint. Since my dryer had a front panel he was able to clean out the area where a lot of lint and dust accumulated. He was very professional and explained everything and when my husband, who was busy in another room, came out he explained everything again. Everything was neat and clean when he left. I was not surprised since he was rated so highly on Angies List.

Excellent. They arrived on time, did the job, and gave us a nice discount for our Angie's List membership. They were courteous, thorough, and honest. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased and would definitely call them again.

Frank and his associate showed up at the appointed time, cleaned out our vent that takes two turns before it goes outside, and cleaned up all the dirt behind our washer and dryer. He was professional and courteous.

Very impressed! Frank has obviously done this procedure many times before. He returned my initial call promptly, and was able to schedule me for later the same day. He arrived on time and finished the job in just less than 1 hour. He comes prepared with all the right tools, and wastes no time in getting started. I watched him while he worked - he is very thorough and efficient. I will definitely use him again, and have no problem recommending him to others.

Called last week after not receiving a call back from another company who was recommended by my HOA. Frank immediately called back (within an hour) and we set up an appointment date and time. He and an assistant arrived on time and immediately began work. I live in a high rise building and have a venting system that goes up through the ceiling and vents out onto a balcony. Frank knew exactly how to proceed and began work. He was here about 45 mins. and did what he said he would do. He also guarantees his work for one year. He was thorough, clean and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and will use his services in the future.

After calling Frank, he immediately set up an appointment for the following day. He showed up exactly on time and within minutes, was on my roof to begin cleaning out my dryer vent pipe. He discovered a "bird screen" over the vent that was completely blocking my vent and causing a major back up of lint in both the dryer vent but also in my dryer. In fact, had I not hired Frank, my dryer probably would have overheated and failed soon. The job was completed in less than an hour. Frank cleaned up all the lint, put the dryer back in the proper position, then ran the dryer to make sure the dryer was now venting as required. Great job!

Since we have a stackable washer/dryer installed in a condo, Frank had to bring a helper in order to pull out the unit. It was not easy, but they did it. Also access to the vent outlet was difficult to get to, but Frank managed. They went above and beyond the ordinary and did a very good job. Frank had quoted me $95 plus the cost of the new hose. I didn't think that was enough, so I paid him a little bit more for the extra work.

I called on a Monday and we scheduled for the following day. He arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned the dryer and the duct, all the way out to the vent at the front of the house. He used a brush and the vacuum hose. He was very helpful and ran the dryer to make sure it was working all right since I told him that it hasn't been performing well.

Frank was running a little early, so he called and asked if he could come by ahead of time to start his job. We were available and welcomed the opportunity to get the work done. Since we just purchased the condo, we had no idea how much lint was in the tubing. Frank did an excellent job. He also does A/C duct cleaning and mentioned that with our system that we would probably not need that service. We appreciate his honesty, in that he didn't try to sell us a service that we didn't need.

It went great. Frank called to let me know when he was on his way. He brought a huge vacuum cleaner and other materials to clear the vent. He was able to do all of the work from inside. He filled the entire vacuum and blew some debris out of the external vent. When he finished, he cleaned up all of the particles around the dryer and outside on our porch. Our dryer works much better now--it takes about one fourth the time to dry a load as it had taken prior to the service. The $95 charge was money well spent.
