This place is a scam- DO NOT TRUST THEM! Just pay the extra and work with a BBB accredited company. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received today. We hired someone to save us time during a large demo project, but wish we just did it ourselves from the beginning to save time and headache. Based on the company's assessment, we were informed that our dryer vent had a significant blockage, so severe that it would require tearing out walls or possibly going through our new roof. We were obviously concerned about the potential cost and disruption. But don't worry, they're a construction company too... a little too convenient However, after the technician left, my husband decided to inspect it himself since we just had it cleaned within a year ago. Within an hr, he was able to clean out a considerable amount of lint, but there was no actual blockage obstructing the vent. In fact, as you can see in the attached photograph, a standard dryer vent cleaning tool could pass straight through the hose from the front to the back. Not to mention, there is plenty of air coming through the vent and none coming back into the home.

I am usually generous in my reviews when companies and staff are ethical and provide a valuable service. (See my other reviews.) Unfortunately, this is a negative review. In my experience and opinion, this company is a SCAM! I thought I would pay $99 for a diagnosis of my AC problem so that I can have cool air restored during a heat wave. Instead, rather than diagnose the specific problem, they used it for a sales pitch, and to tell me why my ENTIRE system needs to be replaced to the tune of $15,000 to $20,000. The time spent "diagnosing" was actually an opportunity for the tech to take pictures that he would use in a presentation to try to alarm and scare us. One of the pictures, if you can handle this, was of spiderwebs. I know! We were terrified! And, can you believe, some parts of our system had rust! RUST people!!! I have someone coming today to fix the system. My advice is to stay away from these charlatans! I wasted $99 so that you don't have to. Finally, after his "inspection," the technician left my furnace with seals broken. He tore the insulation tape and bent the sheet metal while removing the cover. When he was done, he didn't bother to re-seal with tape. He left it with air gushing out of those openings. After he left I had to call him back to fix it. He did, but rather than apologize his initial response was "I have before and after pictures of your system." Good luck if you decide to go with this company. You have been informed.

The service was through, friendly, and professional. We just bought the house and the equipment hadn't been serviced in a long time. Mold was removed and a U/V light installed, in addition to the standard service. Everything seems clean and the air smells fresh again. Extra filters were provided for us to use before the next 6-month scheduled service.

Very long. 3+ hours. Suppose to be routine servicing. Turned out to be just diagnostic. Long list of things to repair. Had another company review and a lot less repairs recommended. I felt like it was a come on to make sales.
