The replacement was still covered under the warranty. They can work on all different models. They got the job done in about 48 hours. The technician was a nice guy. I have used them multiple times over the last 5 years.

They were friendly and helpful and went to work right away on my computer. I was not pleased however because after it was fixed, my computer still kept shutting off. Finally, after the second try, it now works as it should.
