Discovered their integrity before committing to the job. I was ignorant of the fact that you should not let a roofer know who you are getting another estimate from because they may know each other and elevate their prices to match--even thought the nature of the two jobs are totally different.

HE CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER, & AFTER HEARING WHAT I NEEDED, SAID HE WAS TOO BUSY TO EVEN LOOK AT THE PROJECT.

THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE AND SEEMED TO RETURN CALLS MUCH FASTER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. SOME OTHER RAIN GUTTER COMPANIES HAVE YET TO RETURN MY INITIAL CALL REQUESTING A QUOTE.

THEY WERE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DID PROVIDE THE INSURANCE AND LICENSING THAT WE HAD ASKED FOR. JOB TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN QUOTED, BUT LOOKS REALLY NICE. WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO OTHERS.
