ROB CURTIS IS WHAT MY HUSBAND AND I CALL THE CONTRACTOR FROM HELL. HE WAS REFERRED TO US BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AS A MINIMALIST WHEN IT CAME TO GETTING WORK APPROVED BY THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO. WE HAD TO REDO WORK TO THE AMOUNT OF $80,000. HE IS A SWEET TALKER, BUT WILL NOT DO QUALITY WORK.
