He was very thorough in providing me with all the information I need to make an informed decision, provided copies of all pertinent information, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Mr. McPherson and Appraisers very professional. Awaiting final from the underwriters, and will provide an additional update of total service at that time. .....UPDATE: Finalized and couldn't be any happier.......everything went smoothly, timely and no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Bruce McPherson and Security One Lending.
