Terrible. They installed CAT 5 instead of CAT 6 wire, as agreed, charged $19000 upfront for the pre-wire, installed a security camera that they never hooked up, and had to beg them to finish the job.

THIS COMPANY INSTALLED OUR SECURITY SYSTEM, CABLE AND PHONE SYSTEM, AND SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM IN OUR HOME. THEY HAVE FOLLOWED UP ON ANY WARRANTY REPAIRS NEEDED, AND THEIR COMPANY NOW DOES THE MONITORING.
