On time, professional and knowledgeable. They called me a few seconds after I hit the ENTER button. UPDATE: I had a good initial experience however their follow up service were the worst I've had in many years. They took my money for a deposit and never got back to me on the follow up service. If I hadn't initiated communication I feel like I would never have heard from this company again.

We were on our way to Baja when the garage door cable was lost on one side. I did some damage trying just to secure the door so we could get on our way. My garage door was not operating properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were at my house the next day. I had my garage door hardware replaced and a new garage door opener installed. Larry and John Kirkby did a fine job. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how the new system operates and they programmed our car's door opener switch to operate the new system. Our garage door now works better than when it was new 14 years ago. Larry even left me his personal cell phone number to call if I had any questions or problems.
