We need to replace our 75 gallon water heater. Their first estimate was rather high, but we negotiated to get a fair price, a little higher but comparable to the estimate we got from a local plumber who was recommended to us. They also guaranteed that the job would pass local inspection to code, and would fix it for free if necessary. Mike, who is based in Ventura, did excellent work; he removed our old heater and got in a new heater right away. He also took the time to explain the controls and settings to us. He finished the job in about 4 hours, and we had hot water available by dinnertime.

Called Payless (sticker on water heater with their phone number} and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for service. Called Home Advisor and they gave me a different phone number for Payless and I was told a plumber would be a my home that afternoon....odd, but great news. Plumbers were very friendly and serviced my water heater. Luckily my heater was still under warranty.
