Everything went so well. Not the usual moving company experience. Sergio was Awesome, as was the entire 5 man crew. They were polite, professional, on-time and extremely careful both with the loading up of the furniture and all the boxes and the unloading the trucks at the new home. They managed to get everything to the new house in one piece and without a scratch. We have moved many times in our lives and this perfection was a first for us.

The 2 men( Juan & Trevor) arrived on time and started moving all of our furniture and boxes from our condo into the elevator and onto the truck. From there, they drove to the storage unit and had to unload all of the boxes and furniture from the truck into an elevator and into the storage space. They were very nice and professional and fit everything very well and safely. I was very happy with their work and will hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality people handling their possesions.

I had purchased the moving coupon for this company thru Angie's List which included two total hours of moving, two movers and the van. What the coupon did not include was gas fees which came out to be 7%. Also, there were extra fees once you got past the two hour coupon limit. Also, more importantly, MSJ did NOT have a minimum which is why I chose them for my move.
.I used to live near UTC and worked up in Vista so I had been moving things up to my new place throughout the week. By the time I was ready for the final move all I had left were: king sized bed, 3 cushion sofa, cat tree & scratcher and a couple small boxes. MSJ (Sergio & Byron) came by on-time and moved all of my stuff to Carlsbad in under 2 hours. Sergio & Byron moved all of my stuff quickly and professionally.

The 3 men they sent were courteous and hard working. The move went without incident. None of the furniture was damaged and while it took a little longer than I thought, this could have been due to their need to wait for elevators in both buildings.
I would certainly recommend them and would plan to use them in the future

We had a two hour moving coupon that was listed on Angie's List from this company. Two young men named Juan and Ashton were right on time and did a fantastic job. We couldn't have been more pleased. They were polite, neat and extremely careful with the furniture. Some of the pieces were old and they handled them very gently. After all was completed and in place at the other end of the move, they said we still had some time left on our two hour coupon and could they do anything else for us. We actually had them move a couple of other pieces of furniture around the house that were difficult for my husband and I to move. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone that needs items moved. They were fantastic.

Stu took the time to explain his business model and protocol to me when I booked the gig a mere 8 days before the actual move. I didn't have to pay upfront, either. He called the night before to confirm the move dateas well as move time. He also mentioned I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival time. All three men showed exactly on time ready to work! Juan, Ashton and Trevor were professional, courteous and hard-working. They hustled and moved me quickly and efficiently, taking great care of my items.

I bought two carrera marble vanity tops 60" long by 28" deep and 1" thick up in Vista from a priviate party. I live in Pacific Beach and I hired MSJ delivery to pick up all the marble and bring it to my house. If you know anything about marble it is very heavy. The crew coordinated a time with the seller and picked up all the marble, safely transported it to my house and unloaed it into my garage. I even had them bring one vanity top in to my house and up one flight of stairs. They were professional, very friendly and I think the prices was very fair. I would definately use them again.

They were very professional too. Clean, respectful guys that were strong and smart. Very clever in how they moved things in through some tricky doors. They also were efficient with their time. They stayed within the time frame they bid the project too. That included them setting up beds, cabinets, my tv, etc. There were also very considerate... for instance, I had them bring lots of big and heavy potted plants from my house. They made sure they removed any spiders and bugs from the pots, while also making sure they didn't mix these messy pots with my inside furniture. They arranged for a separate smaller truck to take these and other out door items.
They were amazing. They were worth every penny I spent. That's says a lot, because they weren't the cheapest bid I received. They were about $100-200 more than the other moving company. I went with them because they were experienced furniture movers and their boss, Stu admittedly pays his movers more than most of the other companies. But that's because he wants to attract and keep the best movers. His strategy works! They were awesome! These guys work hard lifting and carrying all these items. I hope you tip them big like I did. They are worth it!!

Just as promised...on time, regular staff (no temps), professional ex and active duty military men.
Matt , Jacob, and Tyler were polite, strong, and careful. they wrapped boxes, blanketed and taped a work- everything was handled beautifully. I am using them for our consignment move, too and would recommend them to everyone! Jody booked everything, and she was super helpful on the phone. My experience could not have been better!

Soooo VERY HAPPY with the services provided by MSJ Delivery!! The whole experience was top notch - from my interaction and negotiation with Stu, the owner, to my experience with all of the wonderful men who packed and moved my precious posessions. My move was a very large move from a home that I had occupied for 25 years to a home 40 miles away in another county. It was a two day event that could not have gone any smoother. Juan, Erik, Chris, Trevor, and Frank packed me with such great care on Friday, and then loaded and unloaded the truck with immense precision on Saturday. I was stunned at how they loaded two large trucks with such accuracy! They were extremely polite and personable, answered all my questions, went the extra mile in hustling to get the job done as quickly as possible (saving me hundreds of dollars), and treated my posessions as if they were their own. I was extremely happy with their service! They also moved my parents the very next week and my mother raved about the service provided to her as well. I would definitely recommend MSJ Delivery to anyone!

time (arrived in less than 20 minutes), were prepared with all the right supplies, and had a perfect sized moving truck. They were efficient and careful and pleasant, finishing the job in less than 2 hours. We were very impressed with MSJ and will recommend them to all our friends. If you need movers in north county, these are the guys!

Frank, Trevor, and Tyler showed up on time on the arranged date to move my belongings to another smaller house. I thought there would be plenty of room in the 16 ft truck as I was only taking a few rooms of furniture and leaving most behind. However, Frank and team realized the pieces I selected to move were large, and they had to carefully pack the truck to get everything in. Because of this, it took them longer than anticipated. Plus, when we arrived at my new house, I discovered the bedroom set was really too big for the room and we had to try several arrangements to make everything work.
The team was courteous and professional throughout the 6.5 hour moving day. They made sure to locate boxes and furniture where I requested and nothing was broken or damaged during the process.

The movers were on time, very professional and put in the extra effort to make sure my stuff and the walls were not damaged. Had it not been because of the slow elevator in my apartment building, they would have been able to complete the job in exactly the amount of time which was quoted. Their rate is competitive and well worth it for the great service they offer. Highly recommended and I will certainly refer them to friends and family.

The nurse helping my Mother found these guys on Angie's list. I investigated a little more and decided they were the best option. I called Stu in the morning at the beginning of the week and my Mother was moved into her new care facility within 2 days. Amazing. The crew, Jason, Jodi, and Damon were great. They showed up early, had uniformed work shirts that were soaked before they left. I honestly dont think they took a break. I bought them lunch afterwards and they offered to help with my personal garage. Stu called and gave me a quote over the phone and it was easy to say yes. They took all my clutter in the garage away and stored it for me. Shortly after when my floors were finished, I had Stu pick up my new furniture on Girard St and they brought all my new stuff with all my old stuff I stored with them. I feel like MSJ is on my payroll as they work very hard and it is so easy to get something done. I cant say enough. Very accommodating.

After reading the great reviews here and taking a look at their website, I reached out to MSJ late on a Saturday night to ask if they'd still honor the Angie's list deal to us despite being just outside the official service area of the deal. To my surprise, I received a response Sunday afternoon (great!) from Stu that indicated he would be willing to extend the deal to us despite being just beyond the service area (even better!). In his reply, he asked that I call to discuss specifics, and provided his mobile phone number.
Not wanting to disturb his weekend, I waited until Monday to call. My 2pm call went to voice mail, and I was greeted with a notice that the mailbox was full and I needed to call back later. I sent him a quick note with that information and asked when he would be available for a call. He attempted to call at 7:45pm that night but I was away from my phone and it went to voice mail.
I called him at 9am Tuesday morning, again got his voice mail, and was able to leave him a message. It's now Thursday evening at 9pm and I never heard back.
Based on the other reviews I have to assume their service is fantastic if you can reach them. Unfortunately I wasn't able to, and we found someone else.
