The guy that I worked with was very knowledgeable. What I didn't like was they wanted to remodel my baths first, then design my kitchen after that including the price. I didn't understand why they couldn't or wouldn't provide a price for the complete job. So I went with another remodel company that gave me a complete price up front.

They were expensive. We had some problems and they were very good at taking care of it.

We worked with Jeff who managed our project.  He was committed to quality work, communicated with us at every step, and assisted in problem solving when questions arose during the renovation.  We replaced all of our cabinets and pushed the peninsula out about a foot to increase the size of the kitchen.  What a difference in size, function, and style...wonderful!

The complete job was done on schedule with great care to detail of the finished job. Technicians were great and will recommend them to anyone wanting bath remodels.

The Miramar Rep arrived on time, was very helpful in my decision not to do the work I wanted.

The service went very well, we were very pleased. Five people came out for the work and it took a little under a month. We weren't expecting it to be completed so quickly and the staff was professional. I would tell a friend or family member that it was open communication between us and the contractor. It is a one-stop shop. They had all the flooring, cabinetry, and tiling and it was all available on hand and in the showroom.

Talked with rep. and got the feeling that if you are remodeling a area on a tight budget this might be the place to go.  It did not fit our needs or wants.  Our feeling was not positive.  The person was very disintrested in our Ideas of how we wanted our masterbath to turn out.  More of a rip out bolt in type of place with out to much hand work involved.

It turned out very nice and I’m very happy with it. They have a reasonable price and it’s comparable to other quotes that we did. I just like that they have a showroom to look at and they have a design person to call who is friendly and easy to work with.

We contacted Miramar Kitchen & Bath regarding a bathroom remodel after reviewing them on Angie's List. We selected them because of the reviews and also because they were relatively conveniently located and because they have regular showroom hours on the weekend (Saturdays). We had a fairly detailed specification for the work to be done and provided that to Jeff who gave us an initial expected ballpark "estimate" for the remodel. Several weeks of questions and answers and pricing by Jeff ensued. Throughout this process Jeff was very helpful and informative, but the process of getting to a quote did take longer than we would have expected. Also, although our specification did not change, the estimate grew to the point that it was outside of what we thought was reasonable. Throughout this process more than once they recommended that we get quotes from other potential providers (which was very professional of them). Eventually we selected another vendor based on Angie's List reviews, provided them with our specification for the remodel and within a couple of weeks had a quote that was significantly less expensive than the quote from Miramar Kitchen & Bath. As a result we decided to go with the other provider.

We needed a new bathtub and shower put in. We got estimates from 6 companies. We narrowed it down to 2 based on Angie's list reviews, Yelp reviews, and the Better Business Bureau. Based on more interviews with the top 2 companies, we decided on Miramar Kitchen and Bath because of the detailed information given to us, the straight forwarded manner Jeff has and the time he devoted to all of our questions. We now have a gorgeous tub and shower area. We would use them again.

Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased.  I am enjoying our beautiful new bathrooms after living with corroding faucets and icky cabinets for years.  There were no surprises- everything was explained and done as it was explained.  Thanks!

Overall, the experience went very well.  They seemed to care alot about customer service; the valve that they installed failed within the first month and they came out to replace the cartridge. We also had a noise that we thought was strange that was coming from the bathroom, and they investigated it to find out what was causing the noise.

They did a very good job.  Cleaned up every day.

The workers were fastidious and each of the projects were clean and organized from demolition through completion.

They were professional.  We thought the quality was excellent.

I was very happy with them at that time. I don’t know if they have the same people. As far as the owners go, they are still there. The price was about $15000 for three bathrooms. There was one person who virtually did all the work. He was very personable and professional. They came everyday; so the job was done as said. I had the job done in two different years. I had one bathroom done in one year and I wanted to see whether I wanted to use them again. Then I decided to call them back the following year. So, I recommended them to myself. I think the price was right.

It turned out very well.  Every time I go in there, I'm really happy with how it looks.  They do good work and are very professional.

Their quote was approximately $18,000 to $20,000. Originally, we were very happy with them, but later we found out that they were unable to install the tiles that we had selected, and they were unwilling to install the glass tiles or stones. They are only comfortable installing ceramics and porcelain-type tiles. We ended up having to switch our contractor because we liked the tiles obviously, but not the contractor. My impression is that they do many remodels, and it is just they couldn't guarantee if they install those products that they would turn out.

It went great! My new bathroom is beautiful! Nicole and Martin were extremely helpful in designing the new bathroom, answering questions and helping with any concerns along the way. Very nice couple. Doug, the person who did all the work, was fabulous. He worked very hard and cleaned up any materials each day before he left. Beautiful tile work! He removed everything in one day, then started the process the next. Took one week, plus half of the following Monday. Very polite and quiet worker. I have already scheduled Miramar Kitchen and Bath to do my other bathroom!!
