Job was originally scheduled for the 20th of march at 0900, was changed to 1300. Cleaners didn't arrive together, one showed at 1315, the after 1400. Project was estimated and readjusted to 1700 completion time. Job ended at 1745 plus I was charged an additional $40. The whole evolution was very unprofessional. The job itself was satisfactory.

Fair/poor cleaning service, you leave/call about issues they never address. Management is a joke, I believe they are in Florida. They never come out to inspect your concerns, always next time they will address them. Management never calls you back! I would NOT use this company. Also, be sure to check out their status with the Ca. Secretary of State, my last search reflects STATUS: Forteited- FTB/SOS--both show standing as NOT Good. Information from the Ca. FTB notes: When a business has been suspended or forfeited, it is not in good standing and loses its rights, powers, and privileges to do business in California. To revive a business and be in good standing, you must: File all past due tax returns Pay all past due tax balances File a revivor request form Again, check out the current status.

I contracted Mint to do a deep clean on my house and was quoted $506. I gave a very detailed description of my expectations as I was going to be paying a lot of money and didn't want to be disappointed. I even emailed a list of what I wanted cleaned to the supervisor so she could provide instructions to the crew and translate it as I only speak English. I picked up all the toys and laundry and put away little deco items to make their job easier. Three people showed up and spent 4 hours at my house, as I was quoted, but there was nothing DEEP about the cleaning. It was more like moving dirt around. They didn't do the baseboards, clean the blinds, vacuum under pillow cushions, wipe fingerprints off doors, etc. Things I explicitly asked that they do. They offered to send the crew back, but why would I let the same people who couldn't clean it the first time waste more of my time? I got a discount, after much back and forth and finger pointing. Really, I should have gone for a refund. Please save yourself the aggravation and do not hire them.

Its a weekend appointment before a regular holiday, and Carla was on time and excellent all day. Another clear was to come but car troubles but was troubleshot well and Miriam came and made the rest of the job perfect. I was so appreciative of their speed, thoroughness, and professionalism.

We were very disappointed in the service we received. We were unable to go to the property until 24 hours after the cleaning, when we arrived the air conditioning was on high and the lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms were on, this was upsetting. We had asked for a move out cleaning so we thought they would at least wipe the walls but they did not. The bathrooms looked pretty good and so did the kitchen, and it was vacuumed. I had put a new tub of spackle in the drawer with the extra keys for the house, so I could fill in some holes when I came back. The keys were moved to a different drawer and the spackle was gone. We did contact Roxy and she basically called us liars because when she spoke with her cleaners they denied using the A/C or seeing the spackle. Bottom line is, I would never recommend or use this company again, had they followed up with us at all it may have mad a difference but they did not and we had to wipe down the walls, buy more spackle and re vacuum the entire house before having the caprets cleaned.
