Mark ran into some bad luck in the morning which caused him to be late, but hey things happen. He apologised and was very persistent with my drain clog problem. My condo complex has some weird pipes that he was eventually able to snake clear and get working again. He was very courteous and explained everything as he went along which was helpful to my understanding. Very nice guy and was reasonable with his pricing considering. I would recommend Mark to someone else.

"Thank you, Barbara! I am glad the estimate that I gave you between 175 and 250 turned out to be the 175 end of the estimate! It was a lot of work getting up on that roof! It is a shame Home Advisor charged $30 for me to come out and do your call. I only netted $145 and had to drive for 30 minutes and work two hours."

Very knowledgeable and tried the least expensive option first. Very persistent at resolving the problem. Did a great job and left the job area clean and tidy. Good communication even when he ran a little late but still within the service window. Explained what was being done. Stoppage was pretty far down the line. Working fine now.
