HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TOLD THAT WE WERE APPROVED, AND EVERYTHING WAS MOVING ALONG FINE RIGHT UP UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE, WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO THE LOAN. LOAN OFFICER TOLD US THAT WE KNEW THIS ALL ALONG AND BASICALLY HUNG UP ON US. WE ALMOST FELL OUT OF ESCROW BECAUSE HE TOLD US 2 WKS PRIOR TO OUR CLOSING DATE. HE HAD ROUGHLY 4 MONTHS TO WORK ON IT. REALLY, REALLY AWFUL SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.
