+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID NOT CLOSE MY LOAN IN TIME TO AVOID A LATE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT. THIS COMPANY DIDN'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS MISLEAD BY THE BROKER AS TO HIS ABILITY TO GET THE LOAN APPROVED.
Description of Work: I REFINANCED MY MORTGAGE WITH THIS MORTGAGE BROKER. I GOT A LOWER RATE AND REDUCED THE LENGTH OF MY MORTGAGE BY TEN YEARS.
