Legacy Plumbing Heating & Air

Absolute WORST service ever. I have tried to make numerous appointments with Leon and he is constantly either a no show or does not bother to even call me to let me know he is running late! When I do finally get a hold of him, the reason he does not come is either because of personal issues (he was at his lawyers today) or that he is dealing with something else that has come up that has taken priority! This has happened SO many times I have lost count. The only reason I am still with them is that I have service warranties with some of the equipment they installed. When I used them for flooding issues - Leon never got the invoices on time to my insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and save yourself some major headaches and disappointments. My neighbor also tried to use them once and got the same NO SHOW and NO RESPONSE experience. I have told him numerous times that he needs to get some workers who just do the regular service calls and then those who handle emergencies - it seems as if the crisis calls always take precedent. He also needs a receptionist and business manager to handle the bills and insurance invoices.

This is a very professional company. They are friendly, very experienced, and very honest. Within 15 minutes Leon found the leak in the ceiling and was able to stop the leak and fix the problem. My copper hot line had deteriorated so I had them replace all my copper pipes inside my house and installed a regulator. Leon was on time, clean, respectful and very knowledgable. I am very pleased with Legacy Plumbing, Heating and Air. They left my house clean and back in working condition in no time at all. Very nice people that really care about their customers. I would gladly do business with them again and would recommend this company to anybody.

I'm a renter so when I have a issue I usually call our landlords. Since our house is older I tend to have plumbing issues a lot. The landlords plumber doesn't work weekends, So when I found my bathtub and sinks where not draining on Saturday morning,naturally I was a little upset. Instead of waiting till Monday I decided to go online and find a plumber myself. I called Legacy plumbing and was greeted by a warm friendly voice. I expressed my frustration and needs to the gentleman on the other end of the line. Once I was done he said I can have someone out there within the hour. It was about half hour later when the plumber showed up, he was very friendly and professional. He unclogged my bathtub and sinks in a very timely manner. When he was finished he thanked me for calling Legacy and asked if he could assist me with anything else. WOW!! Is all I could think I've never had a plumber be so courteous, from now on I will call this company to come out and handle all my plumbing needs. I was very happy with the cost as well.
