Ignacio, the owner, removed popcorn ceilings and applied new ceiling and paint. Amazing job. Fast, clean and communication were excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. He did drywall repair too! My ceilings are gorgeous.

K I Drywall was great! The day I requested a quote they were able to come out and measure. They came out the next day and finished all the work in one day (on a Saturday!). They protected my flooring and all my other belongings as they were their own. Their work is amazing and you can't ever tell drywall was done.

We were on a tight schedule, but Ignacio was able to accommodate it by working on Saturday and until 6 pm on Tuesday. We hired him to do drywall installation in the kitchen, but he also fixed small areas of the existing drywall around the house that needed to be repaired, demonstrating great attention to details and desire to do a thorough job. Ignacio was also very patient answering all my questions:)

Ignacio was able to work in conjunction with a plumber to restore bath and kitchen area/system to full use following a sustained leak event. Tenant occupied property. Completed in a timely manner. Tenant was also satisfied with KI Drywall performance and service.

Ignacio and crew are excellent. They installed/repaired the drywall for a master bath remodel, patched a hole in the garage ceiling, and patched a hole in the exterior stucco. They cleaned up all the mess. I would rehire them without bothering for a second bid.

Ignacio was always on time, very professional, and the work performed was top quality! My work schedule is not always the same and he was able to accommodate the hours I needed. In addition, he saw an indentation by the stairway that needed to be repaired and did the work without being asked and at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend him and will call again for any future projects.

I needed a drywall tape and texture job fast as another group I had been talking to decided to flake and not move forward with my project. Ignacio called me within mins of inquiring on home advisor. He was at my house that night to assess the job. Because he was so prompt and professional I hired him on the spot. The work these guys did was amazing. Only a few days and they had seamlessly blended old drywall with the new drywall I had hung. He always returned my calls, was always on time and the job length lasted exactly as he stated. No doubt I'll hire Ignacio for my next job.
