Joshua's Pest Control

Joshua's is the only pest control that's worked on our home's ant infestation, which has been a relief, but their customer service / scheduling is awful and plain inconsiderate. You're unable to schedule for a certain time or even a window of time, instead being told the *day* that they'll show up. There go your plans for the day, can't leave the house now. If that weren't bad enough, on multiple occasions the technician either 1) didn't show up at all and never contacted us, so the day's plans were cleared for no reason, or 2) they never showed up yet we received an email saying that the service was complete. Great pest control marred by a couple really poor experiences with Joshua's.

James was very thorough and professional . He performed an interior spray and a bait station outdoors.

Fernando cam eto our house yesterday. He did a perfect job. He was quick, very professional and efficient.

Marvin came to my house today and did a fabulous job of spraying outside for mosquitos. He was very professional, efficient, effective, and a good communicator. He listened patiently while I discussed the details of my service. He was very thorough in spraying all of my gardens and didn't miss a single plant. I am so grateful for this service and highly recommend it to anyone.

Today, Joshua's Field Expert, Jason Carteron (License #FR50278), came and took the time to listen to our concerns, took the extra time to eradicate our pest problem and even went above and beyond to remove all spider webs from our patio furniture. Joshua's has provided our termite inspections and treatments for several years. They have always been terrific, suggesting inexpensive solutions when they can. The guys who come out are excellent. I renewed our service for two more years.

This company is by far the best company in San Diego county and probably in teh entire state of California; the employees go above and beyond the duty to provide an excellent customer service; it’s just beautiful how they strive to do the best job ever. Carolina, Jenna, Derek, technicians, Richard and Michael served my house and im very thankful to them as well as carolina for arranging this service as soon as possible. Few months ago I was about to cancel the services due to the economy and i just couldn’t afford the pest control services anymore but after carolina explained to me the importance of having our homes protected i decided to keep the service and it was a good decision. Carolina is professional and very knowledgeable as well as Jenn. Derek is always very polite and no matter he busy he might be he will always take the time to call customers that he knows are waiting for results of an inspection. Had a fumigation service recently done. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Prep work was explained clearly. Work behind the scene was all taken care of for us. All was done on time.

I've had two different technicians and both have been outstanding. Mr. Chris LeDonne and Mr. Jorge Felix are incredible. They really help out my mind at ease when I mentioned seeing black widows in our yard. They went through every little crack and crevice to make sure they didn't miss anything. They both took the time.to talk about my concern and they were both super knowledgeable. I was hesitant at first but I'm telling you this company is the best. I highly recommend using them. Excellent customer service as well. I have seen a huge difference.

We have had them for about 2 years now. To be honest, each time is a little different depending on who comes out. Some do a great job and others do an okay job. Pricing is about the same compared to other companies and they will come out in between treatments for free.

On time and within our budget! Great service! We signed up for the quarterly treatment plan for continued service.
