Mark analyzed the voltage and current issue involved a laundry room outlet. He found many buss-bars in the circuit breaker box were fused/corroded. Did an excellent job of trouble-shooting and repair.

Mark returned my call within a couple of hours. Came next day, and did estimate and some work, for which he did not charge me. Returned to do rest on work at exactly the time he said he would arrive. Was receptive to my questions. Solicited input. Very professional, yet pleasant/easy to work with, as was his assistant. Thoroughly cleaned up after. Actual cost was higher than estimate, because we added projects, so he significantly reduced the bill! They worked straight through without a break to complete the job in one day; worked 11 hours! We were extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend then to anyone.
