"We are sorry you are disappointed with our service and pricing for the termite extermination bid. As I looked in to it I see the initial appointment was from a wood damage coupon you purchased. On Feb. 29th your daughter met our wood damage estimator. She showed him a large water wheel to look at to see if it could be repaired. Upon examining the water wheel he determined it was past the point of repair. He then showed her an area on the home that had damage and said that could be repaired using the coupon or since you had requested a termite inspection as well that you also had the option of transferring the amount of the wood damage coupon over to any termite extermination work that needed to be done. The Estimator then called our office and requested a termite inspection with one of our termite inspectors. The inspection was schedule for March 14th. When he came out he gave you a full inspection of all the buildings on the property which included the house a gazebo, a guest house, game room, garage, and bath house. From what we can tell your other bids were for just the house and gazebo. I am sure if you compared our bid for just the house and gazebo you would find the price to be relatively the same. We are truly sorry there has been misunderstandings between our wood damage estimator, our termite inspector , your daughter and yourself!!!"
