Got coupon in mail. Called, described problem. Plumber dispatched. He said they don't do outdoor work. Then he quoted me over $300 for the job, coupon irrelevant. I declined, went to Home Depot, bought the tools and parts for under $100, watched a youtube video and did it myself in under 2 hours, including the Home Depot trip. I could have paid myself $100/hour and still done it more cheaply than ASI the Bait and Switch guys. Sorry to not subsidized those commercials.

Great service and professional, friendly attitude by technician Giovanni Russo! He explained why and how my AC needed improvements. He was mindful of my budget requirements and provided the company's senior discounts. I appreciated how thorough he was and his attention to detail in servicing my AC equipment. Upon completion of his service, I immediately felt improvement in the AC flow in my home. He was so kind in explaining sometimes more than once, all the details of his visit to a female senior customer. I will always request Giovanni and ASI when I need professional services in the future.

All plumbers were very professional and courteous. Theo took the time to explain what the problem was, and what they needed to do to fix it. Overall work was excellent! I would use ASI anytime without hesitation!

On time, and explained what had to be done. Living out here in Pine Valley it can be difficult to get anybody to come out to even bid. Not a big job, 5 checked off, 1 didn't call back, two weren't interested, to far, and one sent a salesman. The one installer did a great job, and finished quickly

Everything was great! They didn't charge me upfront, they waited after the repair. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a nice job. Price was reasonable, service was good, and workmanship was good.

Sean is an excellent & professional individual! He asked what our issues were, addressed them & checked out other stuff such as all water shut off valves, many of which were corroded. Water pressure & outside valves, water heater. He did much more than we imagined would be done & gave us a clear explanation of the wear & tear on each. We decided to replace one toilet & will get new valves. Very happy that we called your company!

I’ve been an ASI Priority One customer for several years now; I own several properties within the county. Last year ASI installed a new HVAC system in one of my rentals; for the first year everything was fine. When the heat was turned on for the first time this season the system emitted a particularly foul odor and coated the furnishings with a layer of dust. The tenant immediately stopped using the system and we immediately called for a service appointment. The technician claimed there was nothing wrong with the HVAC system and told us that the air ducts leaked and needed to be replaced. None-the-less the technician decided to “clean” the coils with a toxic compound for which he informed the tenant to leave the unit for at least four-hours, open all the windows and blow everything out with the a/c upon returning. Unfortunately I could not be present for this service call; I was horrified to find out the solution to a potentially unhealthy inside air situation was to treat the unit with more toxic chemicals. Due to the recommendation to replace the air ducts I called and got a second opinion from another HVAC company. This person with 20+ years of industry experience performed an inspection and said the air ducts did not have leaks nor need to be replaced. ASI was contacted again and a more experienced technician requested. This technician agreed that the issue was probably not the air ducts. He mentioned he had seen this issue before with some of the newer units as they don’t heat up enough internally to evaporate any built up condensation. This technician also indicated that the first technician should not have tried to clean the coil with whatever chemical agents used as it created a mess of which should be cleaned up. In fact, the second technician offered to make a future appointment to clean up the mess the first technical made. At this point I had lost confidence in ASI and how this situation has been handled. The first technician tried to lay blame on the air ducts. The second technician suggested there could be a problem with this specific unit, but was careful not to say it was defective. I called ASI and spoke to the customer service manager. He was very understanding and I told him I wanted ASI to honor the iron clad guarantee which states – “3 Year Money Back Guarantee – if you are not satisfied with ASI and/or your new comfort system for any reason within three years of installation, ASI will make unlimited attempt to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.” The customer service manager said he would have to connect with the installation department to schedule removal of the equipment. Several days went by with no contact from the customer service manager. After many attempts to connect with him he informed me that he did not have final word on this matter and a Vice President had made the decision that the unit would not be removed nor any refund issued. I requested the name of this person and left voice messages for her over the course of several days; never received a call back. So here we are: the tenant will not use the HVAC unit due to concerns about unhealthy air (don’t blame him); as landlord I’m on the hook for additional expenses to clean-up the dust mess created, I also bought the tenant a space heater so he has some source of heat during this cooler weather; I have an HVAC unit of questionable functionality that is potentially generating unsafe air; and, ASI has been unresponsive. At this point I simply want ASI to do the right thing and honor the guarantee – remove this equipment and refund my money. As a customer I am totally unsatisfied with this situation, have lost confidence with this company and find it unfathomable that ASI chooses to ignore a potential health and safety issue. If there was ever an example of a big outfit stepping on the face of a little guy, this is it. ASI, shame on you!

They did a satisfactory job. I did get a slew of emails whenever I interact with someone in their company. This kind of bothered me because it was fluttering up my inbox.

I had a leaky tub faucet that I needed fixed. The plumber came out and said the entire setup needed to be replaced including busting out tile wall. Quoted me for 2 options, one was $1300 and the other was over $550. I told him I just want the leaking water to stop and I’m not interested in replacing the entire setup. He said it was impossible to fix the leak without the full replacement, costing either 550 or 1300. Turns out, 30 bucks and a run to Home Depot later and I fixed it myself. I understand him giving me all the options of replacing everything, but when I specifically asked for just a quick fix of the leak he was very adamant about it being impossible, and tried very hard to convince me to take the $1300 option. This is definitely a sales oriented company that tries to upsell, not your local reliable plumber that we all try to find and trust.

Zachary the tech was nice, on time and helpful. The company just didn’t make it clear what service they were actually providing for which price.

Left them with instructions because know one was home the A/C was on the roof. Came home in time for them to install the thermostat. Everything went well and work great

These guys are great. I now use them for both homes I own. They are punctual, they are polite, and they take great pride in the work they do. I have them on speed dial with my renters should anything go wrong. They did first class work.

Rep came out told us there is a reason why the air contitioner blew the circuit, but did not not know why. He reset the fuse switch and told me the switches in my box were mislabeled. No wonder I missed the blown switch. Rep did not look at the unit in the attic or they might have found a failing condenser unit and a clogged up drainage line all of which failed a couple of days later. The leakage from the unit ruined the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and we were also told the line that drains the condensation was mostly clogged, something that could have been maintained while they were there. The opinion of the company that replaced my HVAC system indicated that the attic portion of the HVAC system should have been looked at during the visit.

They were fast and easy to work with. They did a great job with a very fair price.

I called them for air conditioning repair. The AC tech went into the basement (the AC unit is outside in the yard) and immediately told me that the water heater was likely releasing carbon monoxide into the basement and needed to be replaced. I advised that it was next on my list but not urgent; however, he pressured me to replace because of high danger. The bill came to $3245 for a 40-gallon 6-year guaranteed water heater listed on the internet as retailing for approx. $600. I asked for an itemized bill to demonstrate the charges, and I got an invoice showing the water heater at $2400, with $149 for a permit and $850 for a new vent to the outside. I called to question the charges and got a very perfunctory reply about all the work they had done. I had one plumber here and two helpers for 4 hours. Very steep price with very disreputable sales tactics and pressure. I'll never use them again.

Fixed the problem but in the process broke a bathroom drain, which was fixed promptly and at no additional charge. As long as they attended to the bathroom fix, I asked them to change out a hose bib which they quoted separately but were able to handle immediately. Very professional.

The service team showed up right on time, were methodical, professional, and worked quickly. When they were done, they cleaned and recleaned until the area they worked in was spotless. At no time did I ask them to this, they did it all on their own. About 2 weeks after they completed the job, I had a small problem that turned out to be unrelated to the work they performed. An ASI rep showed up immediately, and had my HVAC working better than before in the matter of 30 minutes. Don't look any further than this company if you want dependable, reliable, and fair-priced HVAC work done!
