excellent customer service but why replacement installation of a garbage disposal......15 minute job with my new disoasal(exact same model and make of the one being replaced) costing nearly $400.00 plus my cost for the disposal........ and ARS was not the most expensive......I am so dissapointed but only in the cost not the job done....thank you ARS for coming quickly and getting the repair done for my tenant

First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I'm sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin

ARS was among the first to reply to my weekend request on an online home repair referral site for help with a broken sump pump at my home. I was a little nervous about using them as I'd had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater. But, they far exceeded every expectation this time. Most of the companies responding to my post hadn't even read it because they either didn't know what a sump pump was or said they could install one but not provide one. Even the phone receptionist at ARS was confident they both provided and installed sump pumps. It was a Saturday night that I posted the request. On Sunday, at no charge, a service person came by the house to assess the work and give a written estimate. The price was very fair and the service person was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He instantly understood the problem and how to fix it. He promised to repair it the next day and he did -- right on time, done right, and even did me the favor of teaching me how to get a pilot light ignited on a different appliance inside my house. The pump works perfectly. The work area was spic and span when he finished. His communication with me about progress on the project was outstanding. Thanks, Wesley. You have totally restored my faith in ARS and I'll be calling you guys from now on for any plumbing problems.

Eddie Kroshchuck is amazing! He was extremely helpful!! He trouble shooted to the problem so that we did the right procedure to fix our problem! If I ever have a plumbing problems in the future, I will request for him! Thank you so much Eddie and ARS!!

Bill and Scott were so great! They came out with very short notice to do an emergency repair on a drain line. It turned out to be a much bigger project than expected. They were total professionals and gave us a few options to choose from to get the repairs done. We were totally satisfied with all they did for us and will definitely be using them for our future repairs.

Overpriced rip off!! ARS Rescue Rooter San Diego a.k.a. Coast plumbing charged me $3500 for a new water heater! I felt pressured from the technician into having it done on Thanksgiving and at the time did not know of the going rate of $1200 from most plumbers. On two occasions they never arrived at the promised time. The water heater has not worked properly since it was installed. I never had any problems like this from my old water heater. I do not recommend this company, and they should not be trusted. Shame on them for taking advantage of an older disabled man!

Luli and Tim from ARS were prompt, knowledgeable, diligent, efficient and very customer friendly. I would be happy to have them back if needed in the future.
