The Plumber was careful and took much pride in his work. The job entailed opening up a hole in the wall to get to the leaking pipe. The Plumber took great care in how he cut the hole so it would be easy to repair the wall in a way that you can't tell the wall was cut open. While performing the repair, he was quick and complete. No more leaks. This was an emergency repair on a Saturday night and he did the repair with a great attitude. I would call them again for any plumbing work.

We have used ARS for years because their service is excellent, as it was today. Hot water heater was leaking when we woke up. We called ARS at 7 AM. At 10 the plumber was here and found we needed a new heater. By 5 the new one was installed and working well. Very satisfied!!

Had Francisco help me out today on my kitchen drain I tried to plunge it but it didn't work and in no time Francisco took care of the situation.

I was not told I would be charged for the quote until after it was done. The pro did not show up when he said that he could but said he would schedule me. I called their dispatch and I was not in the schedule. A different pro showed up to perform the work. I had to call him to come back because some of the work was wrong. None of the home visits happened during the scheduled time window. The good part is that now it is done and everything works.

Wesleyl Fazeka was the licensed plumber who replaced the kitchen sink garbage disposal. He finished the job efficiently and professionally. He is an excellent employee who likes what he does and should be valued by ARS Rescue Rooter. Thank you Weslely and thank you ARS
