Our service technician Ed was fantastic! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He was extremely clean and explained every aspect of the repair, especially for me as an engineer. Next time I need plumbing work done, I will call ARS and ask for Ed. His work ethic was impeccable. Please ensure you give this guy a good raise, not many tradesmen work like Ed. ARS is extremely lucky to have this great employee. Thanks again for such excellent work and service.

Great service

I had Ed as my service man. What a great person to talk to and his many years of experience made the job look easy. He saved me from keeping my neighbors from using their water and that way I could complete installing my toilet. He is a good advisor and will tell you what are good parts and what is garbage. I hope I donâ t need them for a while but when I do Iâ m gonna make sure I call them immediately.

ARS Rescue Rooters behavior today was disgusting, and I will never use their services again (after 6 years as a loyal customer). I paid them to replace my garbage disposal in late July 2020. 1 year and 4 months later, this garbage disposal makes a very weak motor sound and then turns off after a couple seconds-- which caused my kitchen drain to clog. According to Friday,; the unprofessional representative who discussed this issue with me, it is past the warranty period and they simply do not care that they are losing my business for potentially decades to come. How does a place like this stay in business? The unprofessional tech who originally installed this new garbage disposal is the same one who showed up today-- backing away from my house while I was still on hold. I waited 4 days for this appointment after my original time was rescheduled, but ARS Rescue Rooter does not care. I hope they enjoy yet another bad review-- 2 1/2 stars overall, how impressive. I found another plumber that came the same day that fix the problem for half the price they quoted!!!

Erick Lanier, Mike Ashford, Gabe, and Chris DeWitt were the crew that came out to replace my new furnace and AC unit. I canâ t sau enough hoq professional they were, job site was clean after they were done. What impressed us most was Erick, who took our concerns very seriously and worked hard to address them all. They were fast and efficient!

I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional. Very neat install. So happy I selected this company. I learned my lesson about hiring a good old retired? Guy, never again. I am very satisfied with ARSrescue

ARS called to see if the repairman could come earlier which was great. The tankless water heater repair went well. Problem solved.

ARS has worked for me for over ten years at my various homes and businesses and has always been prompt, competent and friendly!

The technician was not familiar with my Bosch thankless water heater. This is not unusual. I have not found anyone in San Diego who knows how to repair the unit. Most companies will send out someone even if they have no experience working on the Bosch heater.

This is the 3rd time the ARS has come to take care of plumbing issues at my house. 3 different techs, and they have all been great! Great professional service and fair prices,. I have an 81 year old house, so when, not if, I have a plumbing issue I will call ARS as I am very happy with the service they have provided me!
