checked the problem, turned on water heater, needed nothing further so no charge.... however while here I had them do plumbing work on pipes.... good job and glad to mark that off my list without having to schedule it in the future.

Everything was great but too expensive.

He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a good job and I have found a new reliable plumber. I will be calling them again.

A rep came out to the house but could not complete the work. He was very professal and very nice. I completed the work my self.

My needs were not an emergency, but the phone representative she said I could have a technician out to my house within 45 minutes. I made an appointment for a later day, but was delighted to hear that I could get such quick service if/when I need it. Rick and Scott helped me with my most immediate plumbing needs and I am very satisfied with the work. In addition, they crawled under my house, inspected the entire plumbing system, told me in detail what's great and what's not, and gave me quotes for additional work if I decide to move forward with those plans. Overall, I am very pleased and will continue to do business with Rescue Rooter.

The serviceman arrived an hour after they called. His initial cost estimate was unreasonable but we negotiated a price that reflected the work done. He was very professional and did some extra work to ensure that the drain was clear. He suggested some additional work but the estimate was out of sight and I decided to look elsewhere to have that work completed. This company is quick to respond, the work is high quality but negotiate the price because the initial estimate is a high ball figure and only the uninformed should agree to pay it.

They arrived within 2 hrs of the initial call. Gave a very high quote initially ($225) to power root my shower drain. Finally negotiated price to a more reasonable $129. Took him 15 minutes to get the hair plug out. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them in the future (but watch out for the initial quote).
