Overall very satisfied. Customer service follow through every 15 minutes and track their people to make sure they are on the job. Estimate is right on the money. He knows his stuff. He recommend to update to building code and explain the pros and cons. He offer difference ways to achieve the need to get it done financing wise. He work late in the afternoon through the evening. Did not ask as to wait. I don't think you can find a very dedicated person than the guy that help us. I highly highly recommended

The man found a simple solution to the problem, so did not need the repair. This is an extremely honest was to do business However while here he checked a lot of other things and we were pleased when he reported that all was well; This is a rarity in these days of find something to fix and charge.

Eddie was extremely helpful, took the time to really try to identify the problem, and come up with a solution, that wouldn't cost me too much in the end. I had a serious water leak at my house, and their sub - for leak detection also was baffled for a while as to what was causing the leak. But in the end, they found it, gave me options to correct it, and took care of it for me as promptly as they could. I definitely will keep their number for any future issues.

John came out to do estimate for work. The initial price was TOO HIGH. After he called his supervisor the price dropped dramatically. John actually did the work. Then during the job another issue came up and supervisor wanted to overcharge me. SO I said NO to the additional work. You need to compare prices before you hire this company. Remember you are paying $159/hr for the plumber and you know he is not making near that price. Good guarantees on the work.
