Technician was Miquel he was efficient, Respectful, clean and explained everything to us before he started the job

I just want to comment on Justin, who came out to repair air conditioner yesterday. He was polite, courteous, cared about my house, and explained things very well. After consideration, I made a decision to get a new a/c/heating unit installed. The work is just being started today, so can't comment on that yet, but very pleased with Justin. Yes, the cost is a shock for sure, but I feel this is my best course of action and if all the employees care as much as Justin, I am sure I will be very satisfied.

Today (Sunday) 11:15 I called ARS Rescue Rooter because my parents toilet was backing up into the shower and was told a service technician would be available between 12-2. At 12:08 ARS contacted me back and told me the name of my technician and where he was and that he would be there in 15-20 mins. At 12:20 Francisco (the technician) had arrived and was ready to evaluate the job. Francisco diagnosed the problem and went straight to work, he was extremely pleasant and professional. The price for the job quoted at the evaluation was the price we paid...no up sale! He did however mention that there was a little other work that needed to be done in a different area, but not right now. We had such a great experience with this company that we will definitely use again and refer to our friends.

Found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly.

Tasha was very polite and very informative about Eric the repairmen and his arrival. Eric was on time knowledgeable and courteous to the customers needs. I truly enjoyed his visit and most definitely recommend him to any future customers on the need for heating/AC service.

Mike did an absolutely incredible job installing our hot water heater. He came the same day we called, stayed late into the evening, and returned the next day to finish the job. He arrived on time, was fully prepared, and took the time to explain everything completely. We would absolutely recommend Mike. Thank you!

Tried to take advantage of me on price wanted $277 dollars for a ten minute job, when I refused, they lowered the price. They still charged 110.00 dollars for one faucet replacement. It took him only ten minutes. I would never recommend these guys for anything. They are crooks.

They were too expensive for the amount of work done. The charged $325. for 20-min of work with a senior discount.
