Approved Contractor Inc. is everything these others were not. Our primary contact, Justin, delivered everything we wanted, as we wanted it, on time and at a fair price. The crew was methodical and detail oriented taking care of everything down to the smallest thing. The crew supervisor, Jesus, demonstrated outstanding supervisor skills; vast experience; and an encyclopedic knowledge of the business.
Everyone at Approved Contractor Inc. was always respectful of us and our property. This is the first time we did not feel the need to keep a watchful eye as their demeanor and behavior put us at ease and gave us a sense of their trustworthiness.

Our bathroom window has old wooden frame with LEAD, they are certified to work with lead so everything has handle appropriate.

He came early, which was nice, and was matter-of-fact about the whole process. There was no drama or noticeable selling tactics. It was what it was and I sincerely appreciated that.
The Approved Contractor team sells Anlin Windows, which is one of the better known brands in the window industry with a very good quality and service rating.
My wife and I liked another window type better and ended up going with another group, but this team's product, professionalism and price point make them very hard to beat.
They also offer painting services and we plan to look them up in the future for those services.
