9 1 1 Appliance Repair

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this project. I spent an extra $100 to have the dryer vent cleaned. It went well and the price was fair. They are very prompt and professional. They also were willing to educate me on the appliances and how to maintain them. It was a father and son team and I think they did a good job; I was happy with their service.

They were unable to fix my freezer. But they tried as hard as they could. They came out multiple times, replaced parts to no avail. They said they would pay for all of the parts so I did not have to pay for them. Such a professional company to work with.

This company didn't even bother to return my phone call! What a waste of time! I could have called someone else & possibly had my 3 year old dishwasher repaired by now. How rude!

As I said above, the experience was awful. I will never use the service again, nor recommend the company to anyone. I was charged for work that was not done and had to actually do the work from start to finish with the help of a friend.

The service was performed at our rental unit and I was not present, but the tenant said everything went well.

I called on a weekend and they came that Tuesday, He immediately assessed the problem correctly and made the repair in 15 minutes after explaining in detail the cause of the break down, how to prevent it from happening, the choices for repair and getting my permission to do the work. The machine has been working fine since then.

Technician listened to sound, knew it was a bad transmission, and explained that it would not be cost effective to repair.

The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned up after the work and we would definitely call them again.

Jessie looked at my 13 year old refrigerator and gave me estimates if I chose to fix it, and expectations if I chose to replace it. I was happy that I wasn't railroaded into a repair for the sake of a repair

Over the weekend, the wash machine agitator failed. We called 9-1-1 Appliance and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. A representative of 9-1-1 Appliance promptly showed up (ahead of schedule after a courtesy call), rapidly diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed it. We were very satisfied with the service, the repair, and his professionalism.

Ray showed up on time, was professional, personable, informative, prompt, and a quick, thorough worker. He even got along well with my pets. The part was a special order, so he came back with the part, and was also on time for the second visit. I highly recommend 9-1-1 Appliance repair and if your appliance is a dishwasher, ask for Ray. He did a great job on our dishwasher and gave me lots of good advice to maintain it in good order. I was very, very happy with his skill, service, and attitude.

I wasn?t too thrilled with the $39.95 estimate but did it anyway. I?m sure glad I did!!!! They were able to come out the next day. Abraham was kind, and efficient. The $39.95 estimate fee was waived when they service you, and he was done in less than half an hour. I broke one of the pieces to the washing machine while he was there and he told me he didn?t have the parts so he would have to order it and charge me a shipping fee, but then he told me where I can buy the part and how to fix it myself! 2 thunbs up all the way!!!

The 2 service men worked very hard in a difficult area to replace the refrigerator motor. Were pleasant and explained why the newer refrigerators were more expensive to repair so I would do better to keep this older one. I was very pleased with their work.

The workman was on time and worked fast. The stove has worked great since.

Really great overall, called when said they would give me a status on the part I ordered (which was above and beyond my deal price). However, I did ask them to look at my refridgerator, and they did and recommended a service for it but have never called me back to follow up on the pricing becuase I was ready to use them again.

They arrived when scheduled and after looking at the washer told me it would probably be more cost effective to find a new washer than to have them fix it.

I would have spent less for just a service call since nothing was repaired.

Refrigerator frame warped over time, technicians gave success rate with these kind of repairs and recommended best option (new purchase). Will use again for sure.

The service tech from 9-1-1 was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. He repaired my refrigerator leak, explained why it did so and went the next step by asking if there was anything else with which I had a concern regarding its maintenance all for the cost of the original Angie's List special coupon plus parts. All in all I couldn't have asked for a less painless service call.

9-1-1 Appliance Repair are very helpful. They came but they could not fix my refrigerator because of the part. They advised me what to do and I was very pleased with them. They said they have to order the part which may take a month because they have a back order of the part and they said that it may not even come that day. They charged me for the service call. They actually came early.

Setting up the appointment was painless. I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly receptionist who gathered all the necessary details and scheduled the appointment to my liking. On the day of the appointment I received a phone call as the technician concluded his previous appointment and he arrived approximately 30 minutes later as promised. After some discussion as to the problem, he set about checking out the problem. Approximately 10 minutes later he determined that a loose connection was the culprit to the nonfunctioning dishwasher. After cycling the washer through its cycles to insure everything was working properly, he was one his way. When dealing with the electric/electronics of the washer, it would have been easy to pad the repair with very expensive parts . . . my technician, a polite and professioinal young man, DID NOT! In the end I was only charged the service fee of $65.00. I will certainly use this company in the future and have already recommended them to other friends and family.

First class from second one . Walked me through the entire repair . I will use 911 again and tell anyone who needs these type of repairs to use him .

The coupon was very misleading, it was not going to save me one penny. The provider said the coupon was only good for labor and it would be taken off the total bill. I told him I was not happy but to still go ahead and do the work. After this he refused to do the appliance repair. I found it unprofessional that he would not do the work.

I discovered that the washer was leaking after every load. Coincidently, Angie's List had a deal for a major appliance repair. Bought the coupon and called 9-1-1 Appliance. A lovely young lady with a friendly, professional attitude took the call and said Abraham would be out the next business day. Abraham arrived exactly at the time we had arranged. He knew immediately what the problem was and, fortunately, had the spare part in his truck. He completed the work within a half hour. The washing machine works perfectly. I could not have asked for better service. I will definitely use 9-1-1 in the future.

I searched Angie's list for appliance repair and founr 911 highjly recommended and a coupon for an $89 service call. normally $150. I made an appt for March 7 for between 10-12. I took the morning off work and when 12:05 came, I called 911. The woman answering the phone said "he's on his way". A technician called later and disgnosed the problem over the phone, but said he didn't have the parts in stock. Huh? Why couldn't this have been done when I made the appointment? He quoted parts for a new motor at $285 plus labor to install. I checked online and can buy the same thing for $112. I will try to get my $89 back from Angies list.
