3 Blind Mice Window Coverings, Inc.

I purchased $30,000 worth of blinds from this company thru Costco,( they are the vendor) and have had nothing but a horrible experience. The product has continually broken, valences fallen down, stopped working etc. Nothing but problems from day one. The roller shades came uncharged for a huge house and I was given one charger to charge $30,000 worth of blinds. Then they asked the manufacturer for "one more charger". Seriously? They then came and charged the blinds after my many phone calls and complaints. Blinds are supposed to come charged from the manufacturer or you have to get on a ladder and charge each one by one for several hours with one charger It took several days. Things continue to break. Now a brand new remote won't work and there is no way to raise the blinds in the bedroom.From the sales person to customer service they are terrible to work with and Costco should not be partnering with a company like this. After the one year "warranty" you are on your own. Do not work with them, they do not care to resolve the problems to fix anything and just quote the one year warranty or $300 to come out.

Ordered from small fabric swatch. Hated from the minuted they were installed. Installer nice guy but took 3 days due to missing parts. Immediately let company & Costco know my dissatisfaction. Customer service was outstanding, changed the order, paid the difference in fabric cost. Service rep Kept me informed as things worked through the system. New fabric shades installed by excellent installer—we are very happy with 3 Blind Mice, Graber & Costco! Highly recommend!!

Ordered the window coverings in July and it is now October and nothing has shown up. Minimal to no communication from the vendor. I ordered through a promotion on Costco and by far this is the worst experience I have ever had with one of their vendors. DO NOT USE!

I had a good experience with 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings, Inc. The cost is pretty high, I thought it was very high but the quality was high also.

Has problems with woven weave had to reinstall new woven weave. Love the vertical blind.

The initial service was great. The product quality was amazing. Everything came out perfectly, as far as the measurements and installations. They were a little pricey. When I need to do some replacements for some repairs, I could never get the original person to come out. I had to go with another service. I ended up finding something more affordable at Home Depot. After a tenant damaged some of the blinds, I wanted them to come out and install some replacements. I called several times, but they didn't follow up with me. When I called, the original person never called back. I called them again to let them know, but they never followed up with me after that to see if she contacted me.

The representatives starting at the office thru everyone I came in contact where very professional. I will have them back should the need arise and will recommend them to anyone who wants window treatments in their office or home.

My experience with 3 Blind Mice was excellent they were punctual, very professional and have GREAT suggestions. Delivery of the products was early then the expected and quoted date. I thought the price was outstanding and affordable.

I was supposed to get a call within a week from the installer and never got a call. They also missed their first appointment. They said I would have the blinds by May 30th. It never came in. I finally had to call Costco and get them to get in contact with the company. It took about 3 months to get the order completed. They also made incorrect measurements- so I had to get them remade, which prolonged the process even more. They ended up sending me a free one to compensate- but even that one was late. They didn't call me when it came in- I had to continually call them.It was extremely poor service. Now that I have the blinds, they look beautiful and the installer was great, but it took a very long time. I would not recommend this company at all.

The service went well. They shaded about 7 windows of our home. I chose them because of their affiliation with Costco. The sales person was very accommodating and was flexible with our schedules. She was helpful in the shade selection. I would have liked to have more education on the choices that were available, however.

They were excellent. They came out and gave me an estimate and then came and installed five windows with blinds. Excellent installation. They were on time, completed the job well. We were very happy with them. The installer was very professional and very competent. He really knew his job. Some of those were smaller windows and he was able to do a really good job and he was quick.

I called them, talked to the receptionist for a minute or two, explained I knew what I wanted, and all I needed was a competitive quote. As this is apparently out of the norm, he didn't understand and had to come back on the line twice to confirm / understand what I wanted. After a few minutes - which seemed like a long time I finally got to customer service and someone who presumably could quote prices. Then - after googling Angie's list and the 3 blind mice web site - which clearly says they service and sell hunter douglas blinds, the customer service rep tells me - they don't sell hunter douglas, the web site is out of date and he couldn't help me. Humph? OK - well that is odd. OK. Bye.... then my phone rings. In fact, we DO have a rep that sells hunter douglas - sorry for the mistake, please call this cell phone number and that person will be able to help? Whaaa? So off I went to call the cell phone and no one answered. No professional voice mail -- just rang and rang.... Didn't get any good feelings about the quality of the team and their ability to actually measure and order and install blinds... needless to say, they didn't bid and didn't get my work.

This is the 2nd time we've used 3 blind mice. The quality of the blinds is high and they are helpful in making a selection. The blinds were ready a few days later than what we thought - but it wasn't a big deal. We used a coupon from Angie's list to save $50. We would use them again.

I wanted to keep the cost within a budget, and they worked with me. I chose the more upscale cellular blinds for a few of the areas and then the heavier blinds for the rest of the house. It looks so good. They were ALWAYS on time for measuring and estimation appointments, installation, and communicated with me by phone for any questions. I needed to work within a tight timeframe, and they did everything they could to accommodate a pretty exceptional request (in my opinion). Also, one of the small pieces on a valance did not fit properly. They installers let me know immediately while on the job, switched things around so that the improperly fitting piece was actually not in view of anything (it was in a corner of a bdrm), and said they would leave it that way and order a new one. They ordered it immediately and called me to schedule an installation. I was so surprised, because honestly I could not tell that there was an improperly fitted piece. I was not able to make an appointment right away because of travel plans, but they kept the piece and told me I could have them come out any time to install the piece. I am very happy with my experience with this company. Their prices were very competitive, and I cannot think of another instance when I received better service from the sales people to the customer service representative on the phone to the very professional installers. I have some great ideas for window coverings, and in another several years when I have the money saved up, I plan to call this company again to help me out with all of my window coverings. Every bit of their service is top notch, but the best part is Tanya. She is an experienced, educated, talented interior design professional who is also fun and full of suggestions and will help you through the process from beginning to end.

Kevin R is awesome. Laid back but professional. Always punctual and responsive. Very helpful in helping me pick materials, and has a good eye. Also, gave me a suggestion for front garage windows that was cost effective. The installation was painless and quick. One of the shades had a piece broken by the manufacturer, but he had known that and had a replacement ordered before he came to the house. Took a short while to get the replacement. Then, he came over and reinstalled that particular shade. Great guy. Great service and quality products.

The products they suggested were of the best quality, they were well priced and installed quickly and very professionally. The company was a pleasure to work with during selection and installation and they came back for small repairs (which were necessary because of misuse by a real estate agent) quickly, without question and at no charge. We would recommend Three Blind Mice without hesitation! DO NOT USE OUR STREET ADDRESS IN THE PUBLISHED REVIEW!!! Kevin was easy to work with and provided everything that was ordered. Very happy with the window coverings that I ordered, really like the Qmotion shades.

Kathleen is very kind and pleasant to work with. The shutter side of the business is great! I would definitely use them again!

Customer service was great. Myrna and Bruce (the installer) were both very knowledgeable and did a super job. The price was better than all but one other (who seemed suspiciously low). There was a short delay in the originally estimated installation date due to the draperies not being ready. The quality was excellent. Overall, we remain very satisfied with the result and I would recommend them.

Very professional,pretty much on time,estimate we felt was a little to high,turns out we could have gotten a lower price on the cellulars,overall tho, we were feeling pretty good,about the outcome and how they looked.

When I called to make the appointment to have a designer come to my home, the office staff at 3 Blind Mice was friendly and professional. I was able to set an appointment for the following week. 3 Blind Mice sent Design Consultant Emma Messerschmidt out, and she was awesome. I had been worried that a designer might be snobby or pushy, but Emma was neither. She arrived on time and had several HUGE portfolios of sample blinds from which to choose. She was friendly and low key, which immediately put me at ease. She listened very attentively to my concerns and then offered suggestions on which products she thought would best meet my needs. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any particular product or to hurry when choosing a particular blind from the sample books. Emma was very careful when measuring the windows and French door, and noted where a ''cut-out'' needed to be done on one of the kitchen windows. After I made my choices, she wrote the order up and then went over it thoroughly with me. She gave me an estimate of 4 to 6 weeks for installation, and noted on my order that she wanted Mike from 3 Blind Mice to install the blinds. I really enjoyed working with Emma; for me, she was one of those people who feels like a friend almost as soon as you meet them. I'm currently in the process of completely overhauling two of my bedrooms, and when I get to the window coverings, I will be using 3 Blind Mice and specifically requesting that Emma be my designer. My blind order was placed on December 16. In mid-January, I received a message from 3 Blind Mice that the fabric on one of the sets of shades had been backordered by the manufacturer, which was going to cause a delay in installation. At the end of January, 3 Blind Mice called to tell me the blinds were in, and I was able to make the installation appointment for the following week, on February 3, with a time window of between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. (so nice not to have one of those four hour time windows)! On February 3, the installer, Mike, arrived promptly at 2:00. Although quite a taciturn young man, he worked quickly and neatly, and checked with me several times as to my wishes regarding particulars of the installation. He did a great job, and I absolutely LOVE my new blinds! There was only one small ''hiccup'' in the installation, which didn't affect me at all. When Mike was opening the boxes of blinds marked with my name, there was one box that contained blinds which I hadn't ordered. Mike said one of the girls in the office must have mislabeled the boxes, but luckily all of my blinds were there. As I stated previously, I will be using 3 Blind MIce for my future window covering needs, and I highly recommend them.
