Experience was great. I was able to talk to someone right away and quickly scheduled. Was sent confirmation notices and my serviceman (Ric) kept me updated as to his arrival. He was punctual, professional, and very experienced (my heater was over 20 yrs old). Able to fix problem and was very honest about my heaters issues. Will definitly call again if in need.

Super well! They were able to detect and fix the problem super quickly.

The technician was punctual and able to fix the issue with a little work and cleaning. He also showed me how to turn the pilot on and off and gave me troubleshooting tips. He helped re-attach the unit to the wall better as well.

Our technician, Rudy, responded very quickly and not only addressed our reported problem, he fixed other problems we were not aware of. He worked diligently every minute he was here and got the job done! A shout out to Rudy for his work ethic, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor!

The work was done in professional manner with exceptional results.

The technicians replaced the furnace blower motor with a new more energy efficient blower motor.

Need additional repairs but waiting on parts. Other than that great work so far.

We chose to upgrade our thermostat, add a pure air inline filter, add an attic fan, and have the blower cleaned. Triton installed our system maybe 10 or 11 years ago. We keep it running in top shape with the maintenance contract. We could not be happier with the company, the people, and the products. 5 stars for Triton!

Not good at all! They were supposed to come by and change my Hepa filters and tune up my units for the winter however, the guy only came out to attempt to find things wrong and did nothing else! Very dissatisfied!

Casey was incredible! He gave a 15 min notice with a call and text that had his picture. We live out of town and rent the condo, so I had to fully rely on Casey’s word. He thoroughly explained the problem, instantly provided three levels of estimates, and walked me through each one. He provided benefits and risks of each level, as well as what to expect long term. Based on our situation, he actually recommended the middle estimate and worked with me on eliminating some of the costs. He was honest, sincere, and great to work with. He also provided proof that the landscapers sprinkler was spraying on the unit, causing most of the damage, which should allow me to get a refund from the HOA for a new air conditioner. Thank you Casey!

Garrett was so nice! He took his time and gave lots of effort to find out what was wrong with our AC unit and came back another day to fix the problem!

Aaron, the repair technician, was punctual, friendly, efficient, and highly competent. He wore his mask at all times, plus his booties when indoors. All required parts and equipment were in his well-stocked truck, so no return visit was required. Yes, I certainly would recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

All went well. Done mid afternoon. I wish these things in general didn’t have to be so expensive, but I guess that’s just the way it is. Overall it was a great experience.
