Called because my 5 year old computer was acting weird. Daniel was able to come out the same day to service it. Upon opening up the computer it was found my mother board was all but fried. He explained the cost to repair it would be beyond what it would cost me to simply buy a new unit. I was impressed with his honesty. I asked him what computer might be a good replacement as I use it for my business and am computer challenged. He recommended a few web sites for me to compare units and said I did not need anything other that the computer itself, no warranties, no monitors, no extras. I paid $130.00 for a service call. The next day I purchased a new computer and scheduled Daniel to come back to set it up for me. The entire set up out of the box to up and running was about an hour and a half. I was very pleased.
