Mr Rosebrook was quick to answer my initial call and was on time for the estimate. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about and since his business is only a mile or so from my home he suggested a 7:30am start time the following day for the project. In short he never showed up and ignored FIVE pages from his answering service. He does not handle his own calls, he uses a service. Makes it convenient to then ignore the calls, I guess. Needless to say he never called back and I lost a half day of work waiting for the guy. Wish I had seen this list before I wasted my time. The estimate was for $200.00.

ALTHOUGH SERVICE STARTED OUT WELL, RESPONSIVENESS WAS VERY SLOW AT TIMES. NEVERTHELESS, THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE WORK ARE VERY COMPETENT, ONCE THEY SHOW UP.
