Mike came within an hour of me calling. He was extremely courteous and efficient. He also went beyond the call of duty, and reversed the dryer door for me. I highly recommend speedy appliance repair, and will definitely use them again.

Mike explained the pricing and my options over the phone prior to booking the appointment, so he had the proper tools on hand when he arrived. I contacted Sears as well but was unable to get an estimate for the home visit or the repair/replacement cost.

We have used Speedy Appliance repair in the past and always have had quality and professional work done.This time was no different. Mike is the consumate professional,trustworthy, pleasant and totally knowledgable about the appliances he services. Working with a service provider is like an Auto Mechanic, you have to trust them as most of the work is a blind item to the homeowner.
This particular time it was my KitchenAid dishwasher that was on the blink. I needed an entire new motor and Mike had it replaced in no time! Before buying the new motor he made an attempt to see if there was something he might do. such as seeing if there was something caught in the grinder portion of this assembly. Mike determined that the part needed to be replaced, went and got the part and replaced it in very short order.
Mike knows that customer service and reasonable prices make for return customers and referrals. I am very happy to recommend Speedy Appliance Repair to all of my friends and neighbors!

I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and pleasantly. The window during which I had to be home was only two hours, and they were willing to call me at work to give 15 minutes warning, so I didn't need to wait at home! The repair person showed up on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed it quickly, answered many questions about that and other appliance issues, helped with a dryer problem (NOT the reason for the call), and charged a reasonable amount.
