I was left with 1/4" gaps on both sides of my stove due to sloppy measurement by Peter. I stressed beforehand that I need attention to detail and to ask me questions about everything so it would be perfect. Upon complaint, I was told nothing could be done and 1/4" was normal. The workmanship by their machine was very good around my farmhouse sink, but the gap was completely avoidable and unacceptable. I spent an additional $3,500 for another slab and to be re-fabricated and installed by another company which did a fantastic job and was astonished by the negligence of the person who came to measure from D & J.
